1. Jan 17,  · Edsel are to issue a new T. Rex deluxe ‘bookset’ pairing expanded versions of ’s Bolan’s Zip Gun with ’s Futuristic Dragon, across three CDs. Both albums were produced by Bolan (who by then had parted ways with Tony Visconti) and between them they delivered three top 30 hit singles in the UK, including New York City.

2. Bolan's Zip Gun feels *very* different in comparison. I can't quite tell what kind of sound frepadribolmifilparimoujucyctatt.coinfo is going for here. Many of these songs feel like throwbacks to the early 60's period of rock but morphed to fit into frepadribolmifilparimoujucyctatt.coinfo's glam rock style. One thing I know for a fact is that "Light of Love" is clearly my favorite song. I love this song quite a bit/5(39).

4. May 01,  · Bolan's Zip Gun continues the approach of Zinc Alloy and the Hidden Riders of Tomorrow when it comes to fusing soul with the glam rock sound, though less successfully - in particular, I kind of miss the bombastic over-the-top production job the previous album had.3/5(30).

5. Bolan’s Zip Gun was first issued on CD in , on SMS Records for the Japanese market and on the Marc On Wax label in Europe, both coming with T. Rex's singles, B-sides as well as a remix of Think Zinc as bonus tracks. Later issues on Relativity, Marc On Wax and Teldec left out the bonus material. In , Edsel Records's released Bolan’s Zip Gun with a different set of bonus tracks.
